Wow, I've really been slacking on my LJ use. I need to get back on top of that :)

Well.... I'm in a better mood than my last post. But I am still owed money and still at the same job. BUUUUUUT, I think it will ALL be straightened out by the end of the week and I will get everything I'm owed and everything will be fine again.


In more exciting news........ I APPLIED FOR A DOG THIS WEEKEND!

Adam and I first saw him a few weeks ago and we have gone back to the rescue every weekend to see him and I love and want the dog. His name is Helio and he is super cool.




Those pictures are a little old. But he is 11 months now and AWESOME. WAAAAAAANT.

They are doing a house check on saturday and then hopefully he will be mine. If they reject my app (there is NO reason for them to reject me!) then I might cry. Seriously. :(

So I get bored at work and look on craigslist for apartments because I so desperately want to move. But the problem is that it needs to be 1. Nice. 2. Affordable and 3. kinda centrally located.
I'm just so sick of the valley because my boyfriend and friends live on the westside and dammit, I'm tired of driving!!!!!! So anyways, today I found a rather decent looking place in Culver City (perfect!) for a very decent price!!!!!!!!!

I emailed the guy and we are going to check it out tomorrow!!!

So I went to comic con a while ago, only on Saturday, with my friend Nontra, and my main goal was to meet the cast of Pushing Daisies....

Seriously. He needs to be in more movies.

Still no word on the job front. But I'm going back to XLT (day shift!) for this next week. So that gives me some buffer time. Then a week after that I leave for VA for Brandy's wedding. So it's probably more practical to look for a job that starts july 1. We'll see.

I'm really enjoying this break though.

So I just saw Indiana Jones in the same theater as James Franco.

I didn't even realize who it was at first. I just saw this guy in the crowded hallway after the movie let out, and I thought he was hot. THEN I realized it was James Franco.

Damn. He's hot. So my type in person.


I wonder if it'll ever feel normal to see celebrities in public. I hope not. It's more fun this way!



Edit: Oh! And his little brother was there, and they look SO much alike, but I couldn't figure out where I'd seen his brother before...........


GREEK!!!!! he's one of the kappa tau pledges.

So there is a beach here called Dockweiler.... and it has firepits! Which is fun. A few weekends ago a big group of us spent the afternoon/night there to celebrate some birthdays. It was a blast. I hope we do it more often!
